Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or damaged product refund will be offered. Kindly take the time to pick up your order by carefully reading the description. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. 

A clear unboxing video is required showing the label & addresses on the packaging and then opening it for any claim.

You’ll receive a response from our team within 3-4 working days only if the reason and all the requirements are valid.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item(s). We will ship out your replacement free of charge once only.
