Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your trust and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review the following policy to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

We kindly request all our valued customers to record an unboxing video of their package to ensure a smooth resolution in case of any concerns. To process any claims, we require a clear unboxing video that visibly captures the label, addresses on the packaging, and the package being opened.

How to shoot an Unboxing Video?

To ensure a valid claim, start the unboxing video by showing a 360-degree view of the sealed parcel to confirm it has not been tampered with. Open the package and display the products clearly on camera without moving the screen away. If any damage is found, show it clearly in the video before stopping the recording.

Refund Requests

We offer a 2-day return window for customers to request a return. If you wish to return an item, please notify us within this period by emailing us at support@sannadhya.com with your name, order ID and unboxing video. Once the 2-day window has passed, we will be unable to process any returns.

Please note:

  1. A nominal service fee of ₹180 will be deducted from the total amount for each refund request. This helps cover the cost of handling and processing.
  2. Please return your products unused in the same condition as you received it. If the products are found to be used or damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.

 

  1. Refunds are only processed as store credit, which can be redeemed on future purchases at Sanaadhya Jewels.

 

  1. Once we receive the product, a thorough quality check will be completed. This process may take up to 5-7 working days. We aim to ensure that the returned item meets our quality standards before issuing store credit.

We recommend carefully considering your purchase before ordering, as we do not offer direct refunds to bank accounts for customer-initiated returns.

Damaged Product Complaints

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please email us at support@sannadhya.com within 2 days with clear pictures, an unboxing video, and a detailed description of the issue for prompt assistance.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-4 working days, provided that all requirements are met and the reason is valid.

If your complaint is valid:

  • A damaged item will be replaced subject to stock availability.
  • If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund will be issued to your original payment source within 5-7 working days in case of prepaid orders (applicable only for damaged products).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

 

Return & Exchange Guidelines

Returns and exchanges will only be processed for the entire order and not for individual items within that order.

Items from combo packs or gift sets cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products purchased during special promotional offers, contests, clearances, or under any discount schemes.

Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase, especially during promotional periods, as changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Cancellation Policy

To streamline our operations and avoid unnecessary delays, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming, as all sales are considered final.
